【新座図書館】夏季休業期間中の自動書庫工事に伴う利用制限について/[Niiza Library] Service Restrictions due to Automated Storage Maintenance during Summer Break

夏季休業期間中に実施予定の大型部品交換工事に伴い、下記のとおり新座図書館自動書庫の利用を制限させていただきます。
利用者の皆様にはご不便をおかけしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

■工事日程 ： 2026年8月10日（月）～9月8日（火）
■工事エリア： 新座図書館1階自動書庫
＊バックヤード内の工事につき、閲覧スペースの利用制限等はありません。
■利用制限 ：
・工事期間中、新座図書館1階自動書庫内に格納されている資料は利用不可（出庫不可）となります。
・池袋からの新座自動書庫格納資料の取り寄せは、8月6日（木）以降ご利用いただけません。

【その他留意事項】
・本工事は2カ年計画の1年目にあたり、2027年夏季にも2年目の工事を実施予定です。あらかじめご承知おきください。

Due to scheduled large-scale parts replacement during the summer break, access to the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) at the Niiza Library will be restricted as follows.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

■ Maintenance Period: Monday, August 10, 2026 – Tuesday, September 8, 2026

■ Affected Area: Niiza Library 1st Floor, Automated Storage (ASRS)
As the work will be conducted in the staff-only backyard, all reading and study areas will remain open and accessible.

■ Service Restrictions:
・During the maintenance period, all materials stored in the 1st-floor ASRS will be unavailable for retrieval.
・Intercampus loan requests to deliver Niiza ASRS materials to the Ikebukuro Campus will be suspended starting Thursday, August 6, 2026.

[Other Important Notes]
・This maintenance is the first phase of a two-year project, with the second phase scheduled for the summer of 2027. We appreciate your continued cooperation throughout this period.
