夏季休業期間中の相互利用サービス業務について／The Interlibrary loan services during Summer Vacation

立教大学図書館は、夏季休業期間のため以下のとおり業務を停止します。
※池袋図書館天井照明LED化工事による休館に伴い、各館（池袋・新座）のサービス内容が一部異なります。

【学外の方へ】
8月3日（月）17：00～8月21日（金）10：00まで相互利用サービス業務を停止いたします。
開館時間につきましては、開館スケジュールをご参照ください。

【学内の方へ】
以下の期間で相互利用サービス業務を停止いたします。
池袋図書館：8月8日（土）～8月25日（火）
新座図書館：8月9日（日）～8月20日（木）

1．学外への文献複写申込みについて
　8月7日（金）までに受け取りを希望される場合は、以下の日程までにお申し込みください。
　国内機関への依頼：7月23日（木）まで
　RapidILLによる依頼：7月30日（木）まで
　*上記日程以降に学外へ文献複写依頼をした場合、複写物の受取は8月21日（金）以降になることがあります。

2．学外への現物貸借申込みについて
　7月中旬以降、学外へ資料借用依頼をした場合、利用期間が短くなることがあります。

3.　紹介状の申込みについて
　業務停止期間前に紹介状の受け取りを希望される場合は、7月29日（水）までにお申し込みください。
　7月30日（木）以降に紹介状の申込みをした場合、回答は8月21日（金）以降になります。

Rikkyo University Library will suspend its services as follows due to the summer recess period.

• Please note that available services will differ slightly between the two libraries (Ikebukuro and Niiza) due to the temporary closure of the Ikebukuro Library for ceiling LED lighting installation.

[For External Users]
Interlibrary services will be suspended from 5:00 PM on Monday, August 3 until 10:00 AM on Friday, August 21.
Please refer to the Library Calendar regarding our opening hours.

[For Rikkyo University Members]
Interlibrary services will be suspended during the following periods:
Ikebukuro Library: Saturday, August 8 – Tuesday, August 25
Niiza Library: Sunday, August 9 – Thursday, August 20

1. Photocopy Requests to Other Institutions
   If you wish to receive the requested copies by Friday, August 7, please submit your application by the following deadlines:
   Requests to domestic institutions: By Thursday, July 23
   Requests via RapidILL: By Thursday, July 30
   Please note that for requests submitted after the deadlines above, materials may not be available for pick-up until Friday, August 21 or later.
2. Interlibrary Loan (Book Borrowing) Requests
   For loan requests placed from mid-July onwards, the borrowing period may be shorter than usual.
3. Requests for Letters of Introduction
   If you wish to receive a Letter of Introduction before the service suspension period, please apply by Wednesday, July 29. For applications submitted on or after Thursday, July 30, the letters will be issued on or after Friday, August 21.
