外国語文献入手サービス「RapidILL」を導入します/Rikkyo University Library will launch RapidILL, a new Inter Library Loan (ILL) service for obtaining overseas language articles.

2025年6月2日より外国語文献入手サービス「RapidILL」を導入します。
RapidILLは世界600機関で利用されている図書館間相互貸借システム（ILL）で、本学に所蔵のない学術論文等の複写物を、従来よりも迅速に入手できるようになります。

１．RapidILLとは
世界600機関で利用されている図書館間相互貸借システム（ILL）であり、本学に所蔵のない資料の複写物を、国内外の他大学・機関から取り寄せることができます。

２．RapidILLの特徴
主に海外出版社が発行している電子ジャーナル・電子書籍が本サービスの対象であり、現行のILLで依頼する場合より、短時間で文献を入手することができます（概ね依頼した2～5日後には入手できる見込み）。
RapidILLで入手できた場合、利用者のILL料金負担はありません。
利用にあたっては、日本国内の著作権法が適用となります。

以下の方法で文献複写を申し込んでください。

立教大学図書館ポータルサイト「MyLibrary」：教職員・大学院学生
詳細はレファレンス・学外資料の利用＞文献の複写物を取り寄せるをご確認ください。

海外出版社発行の文献の場合は、立教大学図書館がまずRapidILLで入手を試み、文献を入手できた場合は、各館カウンターにて紙媒体で提供します（無料）。
RapidILLで入手不可の場合は、利用者の希望に応じて、国内外の他大学・機関から現行のILLにより文献を入手し、各館カウンターにて紙媒体で提供します（有料）。

Effective June 2, 2025, Rikkyo University Library will launch RapidILL, a new Inter Library Loan (ILL) service for obtaining overseas language articles.
RapidILL is an ILL system utilized by 600 institutions worldwide. It will allow Rikkyo University students, faculty, and staff to obtain academic articles not held by the university more quickly than with the traditional ILL service.

1. What is RapidILL?
RapidILL is an ILL system used by 600 institutions globally. It enables our university to acquire copies of articles not held in our collection from other institutions, both domestically and internationally.

2.RapidILL Features
This service primarily targets electronic journals and e-books published by overseas publishers.
Faster acquisition: You can obtain articles in a shorter timeframe than with the current ILL service (expected delivery within 2 to 5 days after the request).
No cost to users: If the materials are obtained through RapidILL, the user will not incur any ILL fees.

3. Eligible Users
Rikkyo University students, faculty, and staff.

4. How to Use
Please request document copies using one of the following methods:

At the Library Counters: For all eligible users.
Rikkyo University Library Portal Site “MyLibrary”: For faculty members and graduate students.
For more details, please refer to ” References > Ordering copies of documents.”
If the requested article is published by an overseas publisher, Rikkyo University Library will first attempt to obtain it via RapidILL. If successful, the article will be provided in print format at the library counters free of charge.
If the article cannot be obtained via RapidILL, and at the user’s request, it will be obtained through the current ILL service from other institutions, both domestic and international. These materials will also be provided in print format at the library counters, but fees will apply.
