Overview ｜ Terms & Conditions

Dispute Settlement Commentary is a comprehensive online information source about international trade laws and focuses on laws of WTO. It contains dispute resolution annotations, NAFTA documents, GATT WTO Panel and Appellate Body reports, WTO arbitration reports, Uruguay Round Agreement, GATT Tokyo Agreement, Vienna convention on the Law of Treaties and so on. All the materials can be searched and viewed in full text. In addition, it provides summaries, annotations and analyses of these reports and new interpretations whenever new precedents or new dispute resolution reports appear (within 3 weeks).

A comprehensive law information system was improved for law school and was strengthened from the viewpoint of information and functions. Consequently LLI comprehensive Law Information System was completed. In addition to an enormous amount of full texts precedents, it contains comments carried on major law journals (HANREI TIMES, Jurist, etc…), law journals such as Supreme courts precedents explanations and dissertations, exegeses and articles carried on literatures.
