- Eligible users
			
				- Current Rikkyo University undergraduate and graduate students (Main users)
				
- Current Rikkyo University faculty and staff (Limited use when accompanied by students)
				
- Current Rikkyo University special auditing students (Limited use with Rikkyo University students, faculty or staff. Their applicant representative must also be a student, faculty member, or staff member.)
			
 
- Purpose of use
			
				- Group study rooms are for use by current Rikkyo University students  for group study and research purposes. (As a general rule, not available for job hunting or club/circle activities.)
				
- Rooms are not available for regular classes.
				
- If the applicant representative is a faculty or staff member, please indicate in the purpose of use section that the use is related to student use.
			
 
- Reservations and Use
			
				- *Only one time slot per group can be reserved per day, with a maximum of three slots in total.
					
						- Ikebukuro Library: up to 2 hours at a time
						
- Niiza Library: up to 3 hours at a time
					
 
- Reservations may be made a maximum of 2 weeks in advance.
				
- We will send you a confirmation email after checking your reservation. If you do not receive it before your reservation time, please check the reservation status inquiry page.
				
- Check in: show the confirmation email or the reservation status inquiry page (which includes your application number) at the 2F counter.
 Check out: the representative must complete the procedures at the 2F counter.
- It is not necessary for all users to be present at the start of use, but the minimum number of users in the group study room (2+) must be present. Otherwise, library staff may be obliged to refuse your use of the room.
				
- You can extend your time by the hour if there are no other reservations afterwards. Extensions can only be processed at the 2F counter by the representative, from 30 minutes before the end time until the end. (※Not through the facility reservation system) After your session ends, you may make a new reservation through the facility reservation system and use a room on the same day.
				
- Reservations can be modified through the facility reservation system until a confirmation email is received. After receiving, please contact the 2F counter directly to change or cancel your reservation.
				
- Rooms do not have any PCs available. Please bring your own laptop or loaner laptop to display on the monitor.
				
-  Please be on time for your reservation. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled.
			
 
- Notes
			
				- Food is not permitted.
				
- Please respect your fellow students; keep noise to a minimum.
				
- Taking photos or recording videos is not permitted, except for the whiteboard.
				
- Group use including non-affiliated persons, such as alumni, is not allowed.
				
- If the application is incomplete, library staff may contact the applicant through phone or email.
				
- All equipment and furniture must be returned to their original state 5 minutes before the end time, and users must vacate the room on time.
				
- If librarians determine misuse of the rooms, it may result in a review of current and future reservations.
